Yield: Serves 6
Ingredients:
6 (1 ½ oz.) Espresso shots
6 (1 ½ oz.) Vanilla vodka shots
1 (22 oz.) Samuel Smith's: Organic Chocolate Stout
1 pint whipping cream
1 package of fresh red raspberries
Garnish: whipped cream and a raspberry
Glass Guide: Martini Glass
Special Equipments: cocktail shaker
Preparation:
- Combine 1 ½ oz. shot of Organic Chocolate Stout, 1 ½ oz. shot of vanilla vodka and 1 ½ oz. shot of espresso.
- Chill contents in a cocktail shaker and pour into Martini glass.
- Whip heavy cream in a chilled stainless steel bowl.
- Top Chocolate Stout, Vanilla Vodka & Espresso Martini with whipped cream and a raspberry.
