Name: TikiTini
The martini meets the Kon Tiki in this fruity ambrosia from the gods, rimmed with coconut of course.
Ingredients:
Coconut rim
11/2 cups cracked ice or 6 ice cubes
21/2 ounces pineapple rum,
1/2 ounce maraschino liqueur
1/2 ounce coconut milk
2 ounces mango juice
1 small yellow orchid for garnish
Preparation:
1. Coat the rim of a chilled 6-ounce cocktail glass with coconut. Chill until needed.
2. Fill a cocktail shaker with the ice and add the rum, maraschino liqueur, coconut milk, and
mango juice. Shake vigorously to blend and chill.
3. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass, float the flower on top, and serve.
Serves 1

1 small yellow orchid for garnish
