White Chocolate Creme Brûlée Martini



Name: White Chocolate Creme Brûlée Martini


Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients:
  • Martini
  • 3 ounces vanilla vodka
  • 1½ ounces white chocolate liqueur
  • ½ ounce butterscotch schnapps
  • ½ ounce heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Preparation:
  • Pour sugar into a small sauce pan. Place over medium heat, stir occasionally. Once sugar has completely melted and turned an amber color, remove from heat and drizzle over a silicone mat. Allow caramel to cool. You’ll know it’s cool when it has completely harden.
  • Combine martini ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice. Shake for 30-40 seconds, and serve into a martini glass.
  • When ready to serve carefully lift caramel garnish off mat and place over edge of martini glass.

Garnish:
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
