Strawberry Punch

Name: Strawberry Punch


Yield: Makes 1

Ingredients:

• 1oz Herradura Silver
• ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz Rosso vermouth
• ¾ oz Lemon juice
• ½ oz Agave nectar
• 1 oz grapefruit juice
• Splash of Korbel champagne
• 6-8 strawberries

Preparation:

• Crush strawberries with a muddler in the base of a shaker, add ice and remaining ingredients and shake hard.
• Strain through a fine sieve in to a mason jar and garnish with lemon discs and a strawberry.

Garnish:

• lemon discs and a strawberry
