Name: Irish Coffee

Ingredients:

2 1/2 oz strong, hot coffee

1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey

1 tsp brown sugar

1 oz whipping cream

Preparation:

Pour the coffee, Irish whiskey and brown sugar into an Irish coffee glass or mug.

Stir well.

Float the cream on top.
