Cointreau Cup

Name: Cointreau Cup 

Ingredients: 

2 oz. Cointreau

¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice

1 oz. Club soda

2 Large strawberries

2-3 Slices of cucumber

2 Healthy sprigs of mint

Preparation:

Muddle strawberries, mint and cucumber with fresh lemon juice. Add Cointreau, shake and strain over ice. Top with club soda.

Garnish:

Cucumber wheel and a sprig of mint

Glass:

Collins glass
