Ingredients:

• 4 wedge Pineapple (fresh) (cored, skinned and chopped)
• 2 shot Tequila (100% agave) (reposado)
• ½ shot Cuarenta y Tres (Licor 43) liqueur
• ½ shot Freshly squeezed lime juice

Preparation:

• Muddle pineapple in base of shaker.
• Add other ingredients, shake with ice and fine stain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

• Pineapple wedge
