Ingredients:

• 1 3/4oz Joven (young) mezcal
• 3/4oz pineapple juice
• 1/2oz lime juice
• 1oz pineapple honey syrup
• 3 dashes of bitterman's hellfire bitters (habenero)

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients and stir well.
• Garnish with ground pink peppercorn.
