The Payback Cocktail

Name: The Payback Cocktail


Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 1/2 Kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced
• 1/4 Jalapeno, seeded and chopped
• 1/2 Ounce lime juice
• 1/2 Ounce lemon juice
• 2 Teaspoons honey or agave syrup
• 1 Ounce Triple Sec
• 2 Ounces silver tequila
• Kiwi slices (garnish)
• Jalapeno slices (garnish)

Preparation:

• Add sliced kiwi fruit and jalapeno slices to a cocktail shaker and muddle to extract the juices.
• Pour in citrus juices, triple sec, tequila, and sweetener.
• Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
• Add ice to a rocks glass and garnish with kiwi slices and jalapenos.
• Strain drink into rocks glass. Enjoy!

Garnish:

• Jalapeno slices and Kiwi slices
