Name: The Billionaire Cocktail


Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Baker’s Bourbon
• 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
• .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
• .5 oz Grenadine (Employees Only)
• .25 oz Absinthe Bitters*
• Lemon wheel (garnish)

Preparation:

• Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
• Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• Garnish with a lemon wheel.

*Absinthe Bitters

• 3.75 oz Pernod Absinthe
• 2 oz Kübler Absinthe
• 1.75 oz Green Chartreuse
• 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 15 dashes Fee Brothers Mint Bitters

Preparation:

• Using a funnel, add all the ingredients to a small bottle.
• Cap or cork the bottle and gently turn it upside-down to blend.
• Store at room temperature.
