Name: PB&J (Peanut Butter & Jelly)
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Flor de Cana 7-year rum
.5 oz Lustau Palo Cortado Vides
.25 oz strawberry jam
.25 oz peanut syrup*
1 egg white
1 banana
Preparation:
Shake all ingredients without ice, then add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with crushed salted peanuts. Add a banana slice as garnish.
*To make peanut syrup, combine two parts water with two parts sugar in a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and add one part crushed peanuts. Simmer for 10 minutes and strain to remove peanut pieces.
