Yield: Serves 1

Ingredients:

• 2 oz. Old Tom gin
• 1 oz. Dolin Dry vermouth
• 1/4 oz. Bénédictine
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Ice cubes

Preparation:

• Combine all ingredients and stir with ice.
• Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish by expressing the orange oils over the drink and then discarding the peel.

Garnish:

• orange peel
