Name: Pomegranate Bellini
Ingredients:
1 bottle of sweet sparkling wine- asti spumante or moscato
1 pomegranate OR pomegranate seeds
1 small bottle of POM juice
You will also need:
Pitcher
Preparation:
Remove pomegranate seeds from pomegranate.
Mix together pomegranate juice and sparkling wine in a serving pitcher till desired taste is created.
Pour pomegranate seeds into pitcher and serve in champagne flutes.
